The borough is divided up into four Neighbourhoods. These Neighbourhoods are responsible for local issues such as traffic, parking, planning applications, parks and open spaces and libraries. Some Neighbourhoods also have sub-committees to deal with planning and licensing applications.

We have community wardens based across Kingston upon Thames, with teams located in each of the borough's council neighbourhoods.
We focus on crime, anti-social behaviour, the quality of the local environment and building links with local people.
